AMSN-Doctoral Courses

In the Doctoral Training Program at the Doctoral School of the USTH, The Advanced Materials Sciences and Nanotechnology Department (AMSN) offers doctoral courses for Ph.D. students of the department. Each doctoral course carries 3 ECTs. According to the Ph.D. program structure, each Ph.D. student should select 3 courses in the field of his/her Ph.D. research topic and 1 course(s) in the relevant field(s). A Ph.D. student can accumulate some ECTs through other academic activities, such as an oral presentation at scientific conferences, etc. Ph.D. students are also encouraged to attend doctoral training courses organized by other institutions and/or to include relevant regular (master) course units in their Doctoral Training Program.
Below is the list of courses offered by the AMSN Department. Each academic year the AMSN department will organize at least 3 courses from this list. All courses are delivered by qualified lecturers of the departments. This catalog will be updated annually.

Note: Ph.D. students of other departments are welcome to register to take these courses.
