Each Academic Department involved in the Doctoral Training Programme organizes doctoral courses for Ph.D. students of their Department as part of the Doctoral Training Programme. Sometimes certain common courses can be designed also by Academic Department. Ph.D. students are also encouraged to attend doctoral training courses organized by other institutions and/or to include relevant regular (master) course units in their Doctoral Training Programme. This course catalog offers an overview of the courses organized by each Academic Department together with tentative schedules. All courses are delivered by qualified scientists from the relevant Departments. This catalog will be updated regularly.
According to the Program structure, each Ph.D. student should select 3 courses in the field of his/her Ph.D. research topic and 2 or 1 course(s) in the relevant field(s). A Ph.D. student can valid elective courses through other academic activities, e.g. oral presentation at USTH Doctoral Day, oral presentation at a conference, etc.
